摘要
随着海洋工程向深海区域发展,建造大型深水导管架将成为未来海洋石油工程发展的主流。深水导管架的钢桩不论是在长度还是在重量方面都远大于浅水导管架钢桩。HZ25.3/1导管架钢桩为例,结合海洋石油工程(青岛)有限公司码头改造,介绍了深水导管架钢桩接长及装船过程中采用的新技术和新方法以及对若干技术难点的解决办法。
With development of offshore engineering in deep-sea, the construction of large size deepwater jacket is becoming the mainstream for offshore oil engineering. The pile of deepwater jacket is much larger than that of shallow water jacket in length and weight. Taking the jacket in project HZ25-3/1 for an example, new techniques of deepwater jacket pile splicing and shipment process are introduced, with the wharf modification of Qingdao Yard, COOEC, being concerned.
