摘要
为了在海洋工程阴极保护初期提供较大的保护电流,提出了使用镁铝复合牺牲阳极的方法,并设计、加工了小型复合牺牲阳极,解决了界面熔合的问题。通过测试认为该复合牺牲阳极性能良好,为下一步工程应用奠定了基础。
Mg-Al composite sacrificial anode is studied in order to provide offshore structure with greater initial cathodic protection current at its polarizing stage. A miniature Mg-Al composite sacrificial anode is designed, processed and casted. The difficulty in metal fusion at the interface of magnesium and aluminum is overcome with a special casting technique. Electrochemical property test shows a good performance of the composite sacrificial anode, which laid a solid foundation for its engineering application in future.
