Suggestion on Accreditation Regulations of NDT Bodies for Offshore Facilities

无损检测是海上设施质量控制的重要环节，其检测结果决定着海上设施的质量等级和安全状况，故国内外对海上设施的无损检测工作都相当重视。国内无损检测工作多数是由制造厂的检测公司或其他独立检测公司完成，对于无损检测公司的资质，国家尚无统一认可规定，因此使得无损检测公司资质证书鱼龙混杂，无损检测结果准确性难以得到保证，出现检测质量事故后，责任难以追究。分析了目前国内关于无损检测机构资质认可的相关规定，结合行业特点和认证状况，提出了关于海上设施无损检测机构资质认可规定的建议，对于统一管理，有一定的积极意义。

NDT is an important part of quality control for offshore facilities. The results determine the quality level and the security situation of offshore facilities, that＇s why both domestic and foreign companies attach high importance on NDT work. Most of the NDT work in domestic is performed by the manufacturer subsidiary NDT company or other independent NDT company, but currently there is still no uniform accreditation regulations for NDT bodies, thus makes the industry mixed, the NDT results not guaranteed, the accountability not investigated when accident occurs. The current relevant regulations on NDT accreditation system is analyzed, and the suggestion on accreditation requirements for NDT bodies through the industry characteristics and accreditation conditions in domestic is proposed in this paper, there is a positive meaning for unifying management.
