区域规划和新技术促进北部湾边际油田群开发

Regional Plan and New Technology Pushing Marginal Oilfields Development in Beibu Bay of the South China Sea

南海北部湾海域近年所发现油田皆为边际油田，且多数属于中低渗油田。如何充分发挥区域已有设施资源优势经济合理地开发这些小油田，解决好产出水处理和气的利用问题，以及做好环境保护是开发边际油田的关键。结合2004年以来北部湾油气田群开发经验，对北部湾实施区域滚动开发边际油田群的经验和方法进行了系统性地分析和总结。北部湾油田是中国海洋石油总公司首个成功实施区域规划及开发的海上油气田群，其成功开发为其他海域制定区域规划方案、开发边际油田提供了宝贵的实践经验。

Most of marginal oilfields lying in Beibu Bay of the South China Sea belong to middle even low penetrability oilfields .A detailed analysis related to the experiences of the marginal oilfields development in Beibu Bay since 2004 is given in this article. The key points to develop the fields economically are： （1） relying adequately on regional existing offshore facilities, （2） properly treating and using the produced water and associated gas, （3） protecting environment. The successful practice in marginal oilfields developed regionally in Beibu Bay is the first example in CNOOC. The successful experiences will be very useful to other marginal oilfields development.
