摘要
针对海洋工程制造业复杂繁重的物料控制管理问题，结合日本丰田公司提出的“准时生产（JIT）”理念，将看板管理引入生产流程中，用拉动式生产代替传统的推动式生产，使物料流动更加合理，最大程度地节约成本，消除浪费。
In order to salve the complex problem of the control and management of the material in offshore manufacturing industry, the Kanban management is introduced to the production process. Its feasibility is analyzed based on the concept of Toyota production system ＂Just In Time＂. The pushing manner of material is replaced by the pulling manner of material, which made the material flow more rational, the cost can be reduced and can waste be avoided as much as possible.
