摘要
传统的恒温(OCXO)或微机(MCXO)补偿晶体振荡器,需在恒温设备中进行若干温度点测试,用于搜寻拐点及获取补偿数据,开发周期长、成本高;因测试温度点数受限,故拐点搜寻、数据拟合等误差较大。为此,将恒温、数字补偿等技术相结合,设计了1种新型OCXO:进行精细的温度测控补偿,利用优化补偿策略确保相位噪声性能,集成自校准系统,在开发时,降低了成本、缩短了周期,并能充分利用校准过程获得最佳性能。
For seeking the inflection point of the OCXO or obtaining the compensation data of the MCXO,it should be tested at a number of temperature spots in the thermostatic equipment,with long construction cycle and high costing.Restricted by the temperature points,it gave rise to more error of the searching for inflection point and data fitting.Therefore,this paper designed one new type OCXO by combining constant temperature with digit compensation.It rendered certain phase noise performance with elaborate temperature compensation and control.Integrated with calibration system,it reduced the cost and shortened construction cycle during the development.It can acquire optimum performance by taking full advantage of calibration procedure.
