摘要 为了提高跳频滤波器的测试效率,设计了基于C++Builder的自动测试系统;在介绍跳频滤波器基本原理的基础上,描述了自动测试系统的硬件平台组成及软件功能架构,通过解决数据处理和数据正确采集等关键问题,实现了跳频滤波器测试过程中测量、数据采集、筛选等软件功能,并完成了简单友好的操作界面设计。经过实际跳频滤波器测试验证,该系统满足工程应用的实际需要,与人工测试相比效率提高了10倍以上。 The Automatic testing system based on C++ Builder is designed for improving the test efficiency of frequency-hopping filter.Based on the introduction of frequency-hopping filter's principle,the framework of software function is described as well as hardware platform.By solving key problems of data processing and data correct reading,all functions in the process of filter test including measurement,data acquisition and selection are realized,the friendly software interface is gave also.According to experiment,the system can satisfy the actual requirement of engineering appliance,and the efficiency can be improved ten times than manual test.
