中西医结合法治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效观察

目的：观察中西医结合法治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法：选择2009年3～2010年9月我院耳鼻喉科收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者124例，随机分成2组，对照组和观察组各62例。对照组患者给予阿莫西林胶囊口服，0．5g／次，3次／d；替硝唑片口服，0．5g／次，2次／d；呋麻滴鼻液滴鼻，1～3滴／次，3次／d。观察组患者在对照组的治疗基础上加服自拟鼻渊汤，1剂／d。两组患者均以10d为一个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：对照组患者中显效22例，有效28例，无效12例，总有效率80．65％；观察组患者中显效25例，有效31例，无效6例，总有效率90．32％。两组患者总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：采用中西医结合法治疗慢性鼻窦炎，可以取得较为理想的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。

Conclusion Treatment of Integrated Traditional and Western chronic sinusitis, can obtain a more desired therapeutic effect, is worthy of clinical application.
