反相HPLC法测定参南星口液中人参皂苷Rg1的含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立以HPLC法测定参南星口服液中人参皂苷Rg1含量的方法。方法:采用Thermo C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,以乙腈:0.4%磷酸=20:80为流动相,检测波长:203nm,流速1.0ml·min^-1。结果:人参皂苷Rg1在0.4284—2.142μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为99.2%。结论:本方法操作简便、方法可靠,结果准确、灵敏度高,重复性好,适合于参南星口服液中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定。 Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of GinsenosideRg~ in Shennanxing Koufuye. Method: A Thermo C18( 4.6mm × 200mm,5 μ m )column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile: 0.4% phosphoric acid =20:80, the detecting wavelength was at 203nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1.Result:The linear range of GinsenosideRgL was within 0.4284- 2.142 μ g. r =0.9999,the average recovery was 99.2%.Conclusion: This method has good repeatability, flexibility and high sensitivity. It can be used for quality control of Shennanxing Koufuye.
