摘要
目的：探讨巨大体表肿瘤切除术后皮下积液及淋巴漏的防治方法。方法：对2004年6月至2010年11月收治的60例巨大体表肿瘤患者术后采用自制真空负压引流瓶引流取得的效果进行回顾性分析。结果60例患者切口均一期愈合，引流时间最短5天，最长20天，结论：我们自制的真空负压引流瓶在预防和治疗巨大体表肿瘤切除术后皮下积液及淋巴漏方面，具有效果确切、可靠，携带方便、价格低廉等优越性。
Objective This study was performedto investigate theprecaution and cure methord of Subcutaneousfluidify and lymph leakeage after large body surface tumor resection. Methods the patients were cured from the july 2004 to novermber 2010.after operation we drained using the vacuum negative pressure drainage bottle made by ourselves.then we analyze retrospectively the effect we achieved. Results 60 patientsall achievedprimary healing.the drainage period were from 5 days to 20 days.Conclusion the vacuum negative pressure drainage bottle made by ourselves have precise and reliable results in preventing and curing Subcutaneousfluidify and lymph leakeage after large body surface tumor resection, and it is also easy to carry and has low price.
