摘要
目的：探讨动脉内溶栓治疗脑梗死的疗效及临床护理措施。方法：对36例脑梗死患者应用动脉内溶栓进行治疗，配合术前、术中、术后的护理，观察治疗效果及病情变化。结果：阻塞血管再通或部分再通率为85．71％。结论：治疗期间适宜的护理方法能减轻患者的思想负担，树立治疗信心，提高治疗效果。
Objective： To investigate the intra-arterial thrombolysis in cerebral infarction and the clinical care measures. Method： 36 patients with cerebral infarction patients with intra-arterial thrombolysis for treatment, with preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care, observation and treatment effects and changes in condition. Results： Blocking or partial recanalization recanalization rate was 85.71 percent. Conclusion： The appropriate methods of care during treatment of patients thought to reduce the burden of establishing confidence in treatment and improve treatment.
