摘要全髋关节置换术（total hip replacement，THR）可以解决关节疼痛及畸形，恢复其正常功能，从而使患者早期活动，恢复下地走路的功能。术后患者由于采取被迫卧位及其他诸多因素，常存在不同程度的烦躁号陇虑。如何最大程度地保证患者术后的舒适，最快地促进患者的最佳康复，是临床医护人员关注的热点之一。因此，笔者尝试将舒适护理用于THR术后护理，现报告如下。
