中西医结合治疗肱骨髁上骨折

目的：探讨中西医结合对肱骨髁上骨折的治疗方法和疗效。方法：抽取我院于2010年1月至2011年1月收治的60名肱骨髁上骨折患者随机分为两组。实验组患者30名，行中西医结合治疗。对照组30名，行保守治疗。术后随访1月-3月，手术后肘关节功能评估采用美国加州洛杉矶大学UCLA评分标准和美国肩肘外科（ASAES）医师评分标准两项进行评定。结果：两组患者相比，实验组UCLA功能评分和美国肩肘外科医师评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论：早期中西医结合治疗可对肱骨髁上骨折复位产生良好效果，是治疗肱骨髁上骨折的重要方法。但应注意中西医结合治疗的手术经验及术后规范的功能康复锻炼。

It should be noted Integrative Medicine of the surgical experience arid functional rehabilitation after standardi,ed exercise.
