分析总结耐万古霉素金黄色葡萄球菌生物学特性改变与细菌鉴定

摘要 目的:探讨耐万古霉素金黄色葡萄球菌的生物学特征改变对细菌鉴定的影响。方法:使用万古霉素体外诱导将一株异质性万古霉素耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(h-VRSA)诱导为耐万古霉素金黄色葡萄球菌(VRSA),观察金黄色葡萄球菌耐万古霉素后生物学特征及变化规律。结果:金黄色葡萄球菌耐药后色素、溶血环消失,菌落变小,导致手工法和仪器法细菌鉴定错误,对PCR检测鉴定没有影响。结论:金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素耐药后,生物学发生变化,容易导致细菌鉴定结果错误,应引起临床重视。
