二氧化硅多孔陶瓷材料的制备与性能 被引量:6

摘要 以二氧化硅微粉、二氧化硅气凝胶和石英纤维为原料,水玻璃为结合剂,采用半干法成型,经900℃热处理制备出二氧化硅多孔陶瓷材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD)分析试样物相组成,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究试样显微结构。结果表明:900℃热处理后试样显气孔率为38.0%、耐压强度为24.96MPa。试样显气孔率较高,力学性能较好。 The porous silica ceramics, with heat treatment by the temperature of 900℃ , was prepared by fine silicon powder, silica aerogels and quartz fiber as raw material, water glass as binder and molded by semidry molding. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to characterize the phase composition and scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to characterize the microstructure of the materials. The results show that when the heat treatment temperature was at 900℃ , the material had higher porosity and better mechanical properties in present study of apparent porosity of 38.0% and compressive strength of 24.96MPa, respectively.
