基于土地功能的土地资源承载力研究——以北京市海淀区为例

RESEARCH ON THE CAPACITY OF LAND RESOURCES BASED ON LAND FUNCTION: HAIDIAN AS AN EXAMPLE

从土地功能的角度研究了土地资源承载力,在理论基础上建立了土地资源承载力评价指标体系并以北京市海淀区为例进行了实证研究.结果表明:2003—2008年间海淀区土地资源承载力总体呈上升趋势,其中土地生产功能承载力增幅最大;土地生产功能承载力占海淀区土地资源承载力的45.67%,可见它是海淀区土地资源最主要的功能.

Research on land resource capacity from the perspective of land function was adopted in the present work. Recent research progress on land resources capacity and land functions was analyzed. Land function consist of production function, spatial function, ecological function and security function. The paper then defined capacity of land resources, as the potential of land resources on production, spatial, ecological, security functions. Theoretical analysis resulted in a comprehensive evaluation protocol for land resources capacity, with Haidian as an example. Data indicated that the capacity of land resources in Haidian increased from 2003 to 2008, with capacity of land production function increased the most. Capacity of land production function accounted for 45. 67% of total capacity of land resources; therefore production function is the main function of land resources in Haidian.
