摘要
对水泥稳定粒料的抗裂性和二灰稳定粒料的早强技术进行了深入的和系统的研究。对于水泥稳定粒料而言,详细研究了原材料、配合比、施工工艺与质量控制等方面,提出了通过优选原材料、优化配合比、优化施工工艺和加强施工质量控制等措施,来提高基层材料的抗裂性,避免和减少裂缝的产生。对于二灰稳定粒料而言,重点研究了原材料、配合比及掺磷石膏对二灰稳定粒料的强度和其它路用性能的影响等方面,得出了掺磷石膏后二灰稳定粒料的早期强度大幅提高,其它路面性能有较大改善的结论,从而证明在二灰稳定粒料中掺入工业废渣磷石膏是提高其早期强度的一种经济有效的方法。
In this paper,the crack resistance property of cement stabilized aggregate and early strength of line-stabilized aggregate are studied.As for cement stabilized aggregate,the good material,optimal grade design and progressed construction technical.lead to the best crack resistance property of this material used for base.As for the lime fly ash stabilized aggregate,when affiliated with phosgypsum,the early strength and other properties about pavement are improved greatly The results indicate that it’s a economical and effective method to improve the early strength of lime stabilized aggregate by affiliated this material with phosgypsum.
