菟丝子的真伪鉴别及质量评价方法研究进展

A review on authenticity of identification and quality evaluation methods of Cuscutae Semen

对菟丝子近年来在性状鉴别、理化鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别、含量测定方法、指纹图谱研究及RAPD(随机扩增多态性DNA标记)技术、近红外光谱等现代技术的应用方面的文献进行综述,为菟丝子的真伪鉴别研究及质量评价提供参考。

Literatures about Cuscutae Semen on macroscopic,microscopic and physicochemical identification,thin layer chromatography（TLC）,content determination,fingerprinting analysis,as well as the application of modern identification technologies such as RAPD,near infrared spectroscopy in the past decade were investigated and summarized to provide references for its authenticity of identification and quality evaluation.
