摘要
在完成多样化军事卫勤保障长期实践中,就医院提高应急卫勤保障能力,总结经验和做法,通过建立高效的指挥体系,制定多种条件下的应急预案,采取灵活多样的编组模式,强化战救伤基础训练,注重科研成果转化;使卫勤分队在应急反应能力得到了迅速提高,在抗震救灾、泥石流抢险及军地重特大救援任务中发挥着重要作用。
Based on practice of medical support of diversified military missions,the author discussed the methods and experiences on increasing the emergency support capability.These experiences included formulating diversified emergency plan by establishing effective commanding system,adopting flexible grouping model,enhancing the basic training of military injury treatment,emphasizing the transmits of science research achievements.All these measures actually increased the rapid emergency reaction ability of health service contingent,which played an important role in the rescue of earthquake,mud-rock flow,and major military-civilian rescue tasks.
