摘要
用有机溶剂法从山核桃外壳中提取单宁,不同的溶剂,不同的温度,不同的提取时间,不同的固液比会影响单宁的提取率,本文采用L9(43)正交实验,锌离子络合滴定法测定提取液中的单宁含量,实验结果表明提取溶剂为水,浸提时间为12 h,温度为50℃,溶剂与溶质比为6∶1为最佳提取工艺。
The tannin was extracted from the shell of Carya cathayensis using the organic melting agent method.The extraction rate was affect by some factors,including different melting agent,different temperature,different extracting time and different solid-liquid ratio.So the orthogonal optimization experiment of L9(43) was used in this text,and the tannin content in the extraction solution was determined with the zinc ion titration method.The experiment results indicated that the optimum extraction condition was as follow: the melting agent of the water,the extracting time at 12 h,the extracting temperature of 50 ℃,the solid-liquid ratio was 6∶1.
