一种可变电压等级恒功率输出的变流器实现方法

A Variable Voltage Level Constant Power Output of the Converter Realization Method

高压大功率变流器已得到广泛应用,但目前,变流器在输出电压降低时输出功率也等比的减少,只能是运用多个变频器来实现恒功率输出。本文介绍了采用IGBT多个功率单元(H桥)串联相结合的多种变换形式,达到恒功率输出多种电压等级的目的。通过组合开关切换实现了1 3.2kV、6.6kV、3.3kV、1.65kV和0～1000V直流的5000kVA恒功率输出。经实际实施达到了预期效果。

The high voltage high-power variable frequency converters have been widely used.Now,output power of converter decrease proportion to voltage falling,only uses multiple converters to achieve constant output power.This article describes transforma- tions of IGBT multiple power modules（H-bridge）in series to achieve constant output multiple level voltage.Realize 5000KVA constant output power of13.2KV,6.6KV,3.3KV, 1.65KV and 0～1000V DC through combination switch.The implementation achieves the desired effects.
