摘要
由可编程控制器实现温度的控制,温度传感器测量出水箱的温度,再通过变送器件把温度信号转换为相应的电信号。通过比较测量的温度与原设定的温度值进行控制,当液体的温度低于设定温度时,将产生低温报警并通过改变加热电阻的输入功率来增加液体的温度,自动实现PID调节,当温度高于设定值时,产生高温报警,并调节温度以达到要求。
