随着人们生活水平的提高,对能源的需求越来越大,于是"绿色能源"是成为各国竞相发展的主题,也伴随着人们对工作环境要求的提高,人们不希望炎炎夏日在户外进行体力劳动,于是设计了一种基于太阳能和光电传感技术的具有避障功能的搬运车,用以代替人们在户外劳作。导航搬运车以单片机为控制核心,主要包括太阳能电池板、红外线发射、红外线接收、信号处理以及报警电路五部分,由太阳能电池板提供电源,红外线传感器探测前方一定距离内障碍物的情况,由单片机控制小车的转向和动向进行避障。该太阳能搬运车基于单片机控制,便于系统功能的进一步扩展,同时具有功耗小、成本低、灵敏度高、响应速度快等优点,而且电源由无污染的太阳能提供,搬运车能代替人成为一种新型的劳动力。因此具有一定的实用价值和应用前景。
