摘要
目的:明确喜树种子适宜采收时间,为喜树的科学采种和留种提供参考。方法:通过室内分析与发芽试验,研究了不同采收时间对喜树种子外观颜色、大小、重量和发芽率的影响。结果:喜树种子颜色随采收时间推迟由鲜绿变成绿白色,最后变为黄褐色,10月份种子不再生长,11月份种子生理成熟,千粒干重达30.29g,发芽率达到84.4%。结论:采收时间对喜树种子颜色、大小、重量和发芽率影响显著,在贵阳地区,作为留种用喜树种子的适宜采收期应在11月中旬至下旬。
Objective：To determine the suitable harvest time of Camptotheca acuminate seed, which could provide a sciential reference for collecting and reserving seed of Camptotheca acuminate. Methods： Effect of different seed harvest time on colour, size, weight and germinative percentage was investigated by analysis of seed test and germinative experiment. Results： The colour of Camptotheca acuminate seed changed from green to brown with suspending harvest time, the growth of seed stoped in October. 1 000-grain dry weight of seed got to the maximum, was 30. 29 g at physiological maturity of seed in November, and the average germination percentage was 84. 4 %. Conclusion： Harvest time affected the colour, size, weight and germination percentage of Camptotheca acuminate seed. The suitable harvest time of Camptotheca acuminate seed as reserving seed for planting is from mid-November to late November in Guiyang city.
