不同冲洗液对外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效观察

The efficacy of different vaginal washing for treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis

目的观察不同冲洗液辅助治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效及安全性。方法对2008年11月至2009年12月,肥城市中医院妇科门诊外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者60例临床随机分为3组,分别用复方苦参液、0.5%碘伏溶液、2.5%碳酸氢钠溶液冲洗后,阴道放置达克宁栓400 mg,连用3 d。1个月后行妇科检查及实验室检查。结果用SPSS 17.0统计分析软件进行统计学处理。结果复方苦参液组治愈率、霉菌转阴率高于碳酸氢钠组(P<0.05)而副反应明显低于碘伏组(P<0.01)。结论复方苦参液辅助治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效好、副作用少。

Objective To observe the efficacy of different vaginal washing for treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods The objects of observision were outpatients suffered from vulvovaginal candidiasis between November 2008 to December 2009 at Feicheng Chinese Medicine Hospital,60 cases of these patients were divided into three groups,adopted vaginal washing with different liquid combined with Darktarin suppository.All the patients came back accepted gynecological examination and laboratory test 1 month later.The results were statistically analyzed with statistical analysis software SPSS 17.0.Results The cure rate and candida negative rate in the group of compound kushenye were higher than that in sodium dicarbonare group（P0.05）.As considered sideeffect in compound kushenye group were significantly lower than that in iodophor group（P0.01）.Conclusion Vaginal washing with Chinese medicine compound kushenye combined with Daktarin suppository is a more effective and safe therapy against vulvovaginal candidasis,which is well worth clinical application without any side effects
