目的解决三维B片的裂片,崩解迟缓等质量问题。方法采用不同固有黏度和不同用量的HPMC,改变制备工艺制备三维B片。结果找到适合不同固有黏度的羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC)在生产中的使用浓度。结论制备三维B片应首先测出HPMC的固有黏度再考虑使用浓度。
