摘要
建立了离子排斥-抑制电导检测器离子色谱法测定食品中硼酸盐的分析方法。样品经过简单的样品前处理,即可进样分析。采用Ionpac ICE-Borate离子排斥柱分离,2.5mmol/L MSA+60mmol/L Mannitol为淋洗液,流速1.0 mL/min,抑制电导检测。在上述条件下,硼酸的质量浓度在0.02~5.0μg/mL时与色谱峰面积之间的线性关系良好,检出限为0.01μg/mL。将方法用于食品样品的检测,加标回收率为85.0%~92.5%。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于实际样品的测定。
A method for the determination of borate in food by ion exclusion chromatography with suppressed conductivity was developed.Sample was injected by simple sample pretreatment.Chromatographic separation was performed on a Dionex IonPac ICE-Borate column,2.5mmol/L MSA+60mmol/L Mannitol eluent was used at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The linear ranges of the method for borate was 0.025.00 μg/mL,the correlation coefficients were 0.9997,and the detection limits(S/N=3) of borate was 0.01 μg/mL.The method was successfully applied to determine borate in real samples.The recoveries of borate after spiking was between 85.0 % to 92.5 %.This method is rapid,simple and suitable for the determination of real samples
