摘要
[目的]评估滴定法[1]对消毒液中戊二醛、有效氯、有效碘检测结果的影响。[方法]根据测定方法建立数学模型,然后对不确定度的分量逐一进行计算,最终合成不确定度报告。[结果]当k=2(95%置信概率)时:戊二醛含量为23.1 g/L±0.7g/L,有效氯含量为2.01 g/L±0.03 g/L,有效碘含量为2.19 g/L±0.08 g/L。[结论]评估对滴定法测定消毒液中戊二醛、有效氯、有效碘含量过程的质量控制及检测结果可信度的保证有实际意义。
[Objective] The effect on determination of glutaraldehyde,chlorine,available iodine in disinfectant by titration is evaluated.[Method] According to the measurement method,a mathematics model was established,and uncertainty was calculated and was reported.[Results] When k=2,glutaraldehyde in disinfectant was23.1g/L±0.7g/L and chlorine in disinfectant was2.01g/L±0.03g/L and available iodine was2.19g/L±0.08g/L.[Conclusion] This method of evaluation glutaraldehyde,chlorine,available iodine in disinfectant can be used in quality control of determination process
