摘要
介绍了X射线荧光光谱(XRF)法在镀层中的定性半定量分析方法,对检测步骤进行了详细探讨。该方法采用每个元素特有的2θ角来确定是否沉积上某种元素;利用FP法快速测定一组在不同浓度的电解液中电沉积所得镀层中的铜元素含量,结果表明该方法可以快速测定镀层中元素含量的变化,该方法具有测试准、投入少、易掌握、速度快等特点。对电镀液的调试以及科研具有实际指导意义。
This paper Introduces semi-quantitative analysis method of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF) in coating,and probes into the detecting steps in detail.The method used specific 2θ angles of each element to determine whether an element deposits.By FP,the copper content of the electro-deposition coating in electrolyte with different concentration was determinated rapidly.The results showed that the method can rapidly determine element content change in the coating.The character of this method is easily handling,participation and fast.It will be help for adjusting electroplating solution and research during experiment action,and monitor management of enterprise on daily
