摘要 在质谱学的发展过程中,如何获得大分子物质的质谱信息一直是最具有挑战性的课题。在过去的20年里,大分子的质谱研究取得了很大进展,发展出快原子轰击(FAB)、液质联用(LC-MS)、基质辅助激光解吸电离-飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF)以及质谱/质谱串联(MALDI-TOF/TOF)等技术,并在生物大分子的结构测定、高聚物的结构及端基测定、共聚物的序列结构及组成等方面对高分子科学的发展作出了突出贡献。本文结合具体实例着重介绍了MALDI-TOF MS在大分子分析中的技术优势及应用。 In the process of MS(Mass Spectrometry) development,it is always the most challenging topic how to obtain the MS information of macromolecules.In the past twenty years,there has been great development in the MS research of macromolecules,including FAB,LC-MS,MALDI-TOF and MALDI-TOF/TOF technologies.These technologies have made great contribution in polymer science development,in terms of structural determination of biomacromolecules,structural and end-group determination of high polymers,sequential structure and composition of co-polymers.This article highlights the technical advantage and application of MALDI-TOF MS in macromolecular analysis through specific examples.
