对IEC60335-1第5版的III类器具和III类结构的要求、高频工作电压器具的电气间隙、爬电距离的要求进行了介绍,对电动器具外壳不同材料的表面温升限值、工作温度下泄漏电流测试方法及限值进行了具体的分析,旨在使相关检测人员更好地理解标准差异、准确地进行相关试验及分析产品结构,使企业根据标准的变化更好地了解产品对标准的符合性并及时改进产品。
A detail analysis of requirements of IEC 60335-1：2010 Ed 5.0 about class III appliance and class III construction,maximum normal temperature rise for external enclosure of motor-operated appliances,testing method and limited value for leakage current and electric strength at operating temperature,clearances and creepage distances for high frequency work voltage appliances has been made,which to help testers understand the changes in IEC 60335-1：2010 Ed 5.0 better,do test accurately and analyze products＇ constructions,at the same time to help manufacture find out if their products comply with the new edition standard and improve their products.
