详细分析电动汽车国际、国内标准的现状及发展动向,比较分析我国电动汽车标准和国际标准的差异,解读了我国电动汽车标准存在的问题,结合我国目前的实际情况阐述对我国关于电动汽车技术立法与标准的思考。
The present situation and development of electrical vehicle standards such as IEC,ISO,EN,GB are introduced in detail.The existing problems of domestic electric vehicle standard are proposed based on the difference analysis between international standards and domestic standards.Finally,the opinions on electric vehicle technology legislation and standardization are put forward through analysis of present situation in China.
