摘要
介绍了国内外液压缸行程测量的研究和应用现状,从可行性、可靠性两方面分析比较了这些方法的优缺点。对船舶特种装置行程测量进行了需求分析,构建了一种基于喷涂陶瓷的活塞杆标尺技术的液压缸行程测量系统。指出了将该测量系统实际应用于船舶特种装置行程测量所待解决的关键技术。
Several typical stroke measuring theories and their technical actualities with application backgrounds are summarized in this paper.In view of both feasibility and reliability,the advantages and disadvantages of such applications are analyzed.Tying requirements for stroke measuring system on the ship equipment are studied.Ceramax and scaled-piston integrated measuring system is constituted.
