摘要
现代舰船各系统管线复杂,阀门控制节点多,设计和运行中非预期工况出现的概率风险较高。为了提高模块系统管路设计和运行的可靠性、安全性,运用潜通路分析技术,对系统开展气液管路潜通路分析,找出系统设计中可能存在的潜在路径和运行中可能发生的潜在时序,对存在的这些隐患风险给出设计和运行控制的改进措施和操作建议。
In modern warship,there are many valve control nodes and the system pipelines are very complex.The probabilistic risk of unexpected situation appeared is rather high in design and running.In order to improve the reliability and safety of system in design and running,the sneak circuit analysis technology is applied in gas and liquid pipelines to find latent path and temporal sequence.Improvements and advices are given to avoid these latent risks in design and running.
