摘要
针对目前船舶果蔬贮存方面存在的问题,分析了目前国内外所采用的果蔬保鲜技术,提出1种新的船舶果蔬保鲜技术——空气放电保鲜技术。实验结果表明,以葡萄为代表,空气放电处理可以延缓葡萄贮藏过程中可滴定酸、抗坏血酸的消耗,脱粒率也有一定程度的降低,对葡萄主要致病病菌生长的抑制作用非常明显。一旦机理和工艺参数研究成熟,果蔬空气放电保鲜技术在船舶上具有广阔的推广应用前景。
Fresh maintenance is the main problem existing in the storage of vegetables and fruits on ship.This paper analyzes the methods and applications of several international fresh maintenance techniques for vegetables and fruits to promote the technical approaches on ship.This paper introduces a new technology for vegetables and fruits storage:air discharge.According to the experimental result,the discharge treatment have good effect on the storage.It can reduce the wastage of titration-acid and VC during the storage,reduce the loss-fruit rate,and it have good effect to restrain the botrytis cinerea's growth.This technology will make a good effect and get widely use on ship.
