Private banking industr y has been thriving in China in the past five years.Compared with the private bankers from other mature markets, China’s private bankers are much younger. They are providing a "from cradle to grave" ser vice for their clients and building strong and stable relationships with them. This article tells the stories of two excellent Chinese private bankers. They work very hard and are successful in this industry at a relatively young age with generous rewards. However, although they seem to live a "luxurious" life, they have to face external and internal pressure every day.
