There are a huge number of insurance salesmen in China. They enter the profession with dreams of becoming extraordinary people. However, they find themselves in the lower social class. Even if some of them earn a lot of money, they still lack professional pride. The principal-agent relationship between insurance companies and insurance salesmen in China might be one of the reasons.The management system of insurance salesmen needs reform in order to meet the demand of the development of the Chinese insurance market.
