胰腺癌患者血清中糖类抗原199和基质金属蛋白酶-2的表达及意义

Expression and clinical significance of serum CA199 and MMP-2 in patients with pancreatic carcinoma

目的:分别检测胰腺癌患者和正常对照组血清中糖类抗原199(CA199)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的表达水平,并分析其与胰腺癌临床特征的相关性,以期为临床工作提供理论支持。方法:选取我院收治的90例经术后病理确诊为胰腺癌的患者作为观察组,90例健康成人血清作为正常对照组,应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清中CA199和MMP-2的含量。结果:观察组患者血清中CA199和MMP-2表达量显著高于对照组,CA199和MMP-2的表达量与分化程度、神经浸润及转移密切相关。经相关分析,胰腺癌患者血清中CA199和MMP-2的表达呈正相关。结论:CA199和MMP-2在胰腺癌患者血清中高表达,二者可能在胰腺癌发生发展中起重要作用;早期联合检测CA199和MMP-2可能对判断患者的预后及指导临床治疗有重要价值。

Objective： To study the expressions of serum CA199 and MMP-2 in patients with pancreatic carcinoma,and to explore their relationship with clinical characteristics of the disease.Methods： The expressions of serum CA199 and MMP-2 in 90 patients with pancreatic carcinoma and 90 healthy counterparts were detected and compared with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results： The expressions of CA199 and MMP-2 were obviously higher in the patients with pancreatic carcinoma than that in healthy control group.The expressions level of CA199 and MMP-2 were obviously correlated with differentiation degree,perineural invasion and metastasis status.For patients group,expression of CA199 was positively correlated with MMP-2.Conclusions： High expression levels of CA199 and MMP-2 may indicate their important roles in the occurrence of pancreatic carcinoma.Combined detection of CA199 and MMP-2 can help to predict prognosis and choose treatment for patients with pancreatic carcinoma.
