染色剂辅助的水分离术

摘要 目的:评估染色剂在白内障手术水分离中的作用。方法:取新鲜猪眼球87只,其中27只眼以不同浓度(0.5%、0.25%、0.125%、0.0625%)的吲哚青绿(ICG)溶液、台盼蓝(TB)(0.1%、0.05%、0.025%、0.0125%)溶液和平衡盐溶液(BSS)(各3眼)做水分离,判断染色效果;另60只眼,医生B和医生C分别以0.25%ICG、0.05%TB及BSS(各10眼)做水分离,并评价学习水分离的效果。结果:ICG、TB均能增加水分离的可视性,可视性随染色剂浓度降低逐渐变弱,ICG、TB溶液辅助水分离的难度评分和所用液体量均低于BSS组(P<0.05),ICG、TB溶液水分离的成功率高于BSS组(P<0.05)。结论:染色剂溶液辅助水分离能提高手术的可视性,并能缩短水分离技术的学习过程。 Objective: To assess the effect of indocyanine green(ICG) and trypan blue(TB) in hydrodissection.Methods: A total of 87 fresh eye balls from pigs were randomly assigned to Group A,B,and C.In 27 pig eyes of group A,hydrodissection was performed using ICG(0.5%,0.25%,0.125%,0.0625%),TB(0.1%,0.05%,0.025%,0.0125%)and balance saline solution(BSS)(each had 3 eyes).The staining effect was judged.Group B and C contained 30 pig eyes in each group.Hydrodissection was performed using 0.25% ICG,0.05% TB and BSS(each had 10 eyes).The effect of hydrodissection was evaluated and studied.Results: Both ICG and TB can enhance visibility of hydrodissection.The staining ability was weakened gradually as concentration decreased.Difficulty rating and liquid volume in ICG group were significantly lower than in BSS group.Proportion of successful surgeries in ICG group was significantly higher than in BSS group.The same results can be observed in TB group and BSS group;while there was no difference between ICG group and TB group.Conclusions: Dye-enhanced hydrodissection is useful in learning and performing this technique in a laboratory setting.
