葛根素注射液联合奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效观察

Effects of puerarin combining with ozagrel injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:观察奥扎格雷钠联合葛根素注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。方法:将110例糖尿病随机分为治疗组56例,对照组54例,所有患者均使用胰岛素控制血糖。治疗组采用奥扎格雷钠联合葛根素注射液进行治疗,对照组采用维生素B1和B12进行治疗。结果:治疗组在主观症状、体征和神经传导速度方面均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。对照组仅正中神经的传导速度有增加。结论:奥扎格雷钠联合葛根素注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗,可以改善患者的症状和体征,增加神经传导速度,患者耐受性好,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the curative effects of O puerarin injection combining with ozagrel injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods： A total of 110 cases of diabetic patients were randomly assigned into treatment group（56 cases） and control group（54 cases）.All patients were given insulin to keep stable blood sugar level.The treatment group was also given puerarin injection combining with ozagrel injection,and the control group was given Vitamin B1 and B12.Results： The treatment group showed significant improvements in subjective symptoms,physical signs,and nerve conduction velocity,but the control group only showed improvement in nerve conduction velocity indicating significant differences between the two groups（P all 0.05）.Conclusions： With better endurance and less side effects,puerarin combining with ozagrel can improve patients′ subjective symptoms,physical signs,and nerve conduction velocity showing great clinical efficacy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
