摘要 目的:分析影响外伤性小脑出血患者预后的因素。方法:回顾分析我院2001年1月~2010年12月收治的17例外伤性小脑出血患者的临床资料、影像资料、治疗方法及预后。结果:10例患者预后不佳。预后较好组较预后不良组入院GCS评分明显高(P<0.05),血肿体积明显小(P<0.05)。两组在血肿位置、脑干周围脑池形态、第四脑室形态、是否并发蛛网膜下腔出血方面也有显著差异(P均<0.05)。结论:影响预后的因素包括:GCS评分、脑干周围脑池的形态、第四脑室形态、是否合并蛛网膜下腔出血、血肿体积与血肿位置。 Objective: To analyze factors affecting prognosis of traumatic cerebellar haematoma.Methods:Data of 17 cases of traumatic cerebellar haematoma that admitted to our hospital during January 2001 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Ten patients had poor outcomes,who showed significant higher Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS) and smaller haematoma size at admission than those had favorable outcomes(P both0.05).They also showed significant differences in location of haematoma,morphological characters of the brainstem cisterns and the fourth ventricle,as well as the presence of associated subarachnoid haemorrhage(SAH)(P all0.05).Conclusions:For patients with traumatic cerebellar haematoma,factors affecting outcomes were GCS score,size and location of haematoma,morphological characters of the brainstem cisterns and the fourth ventricle,as well as the presence of associated subarachnoid haemorrhage.
