选择性输卵管再通术方法改良50例临床分析

Effect of modified selective fallopian tube recanalization

目的:评价选择性输卵管再通术方法改良的临床价值。方法:选择100例需要进行输卵管再通术的输卵管阻塞患者,随机分成传统治疗组和改良治疗组,比较手术过程中患者的舒适度和再通率。结果:与传统治疗组比较,改良治疗组患者术中疼痛总分、并发症发生率明显减少(P<0.05),20 min耐受率、再通率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:改良选择性输卵管再通术不适主诉明显减轻,有较好的临床效果,具有一定的推广价值。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of modified selective fallopian tube recanalization.Methods： A total of 100 female patients with fallopian tube obstruction were randomly assigned into the modified group（n= 50,reformed methods） and the conventional group（n=50,conventional methods）.The comfort level and recanalization rate were observed and compared.Results： The total pain score,incidence of complication were significantly decreased,and 20-minute tolerance rate and recanalization rate were significantly increased in modified group compared with conventional group.Conclusions： Patients with modified selective fallopian tube recanalization are more comfortable.Modified selective fallopian tube recanalization is effective and is worthy clinical application.
