三子平喘汤治疗小儿外寒肺热型哮喘疗效分析

Effects of Sanzi Pingchuang Tang on pediatric asthma

目的:观察三子平喘汤治疗小儿外寒肺热型哮喘的疗效。方法:140例外寒肺热型哮喘患儿随机分为两组,观察组76例,给予口服三子平喘汤加减治疗;对照组64例,予西药常规抗炎、平喘治疗,治疗7 d,比较两组总有效率及喘鸣音、湿啰音消失时间和治愈天数。结果:观察组总有效率(98.6%)与对照组(96.9%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),喘鸣音、湿啰音平均消失时间及治愈时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三子平喘汤治疗小儿外寒肺热型哮喘疗效好、恢复快、不良反应少,无西药的副作用,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the effects of Sanzi Pingchuan Tang on pediatric asthma caused by external cold and lung heat.Methods： A total of 140 children with pediatric asthma which is ascribed as external cold and lung heat were divided into observation group（76 cases） and control group（64 cases）.The observation group was given Sanzi Pingchuan Tang,while the control group was given anti-inflammation and asthma relieving drugs.After 7 days of treatment,total effective rate,time for disappearance of wheezing,moist rales as well as time to recover were compared between the two groups.Results： The overall effective rate of the observation group and comtrol group was 98.6% and 96.9%,showing no significant difference between the two（P 0.05）.But time for disappearance of wheezing,moist rales as well as time to recover of the observation group was significant shorter than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： With advantages of quick resonse,less adverse effects,Sanzi Pingchuan Tang was effective on pediatric asthma which is ascribed as external cold and lung heat and it is worth for application in large scale.
