角度固定-锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效分析

Application of angle fixation system-locking compression plate for plateau fracture

目的:探讨角度固定-锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法:按Schatzke方法对40例胫骨平台骨折进行临床分型,微创切开整复后,C型臂X线机透视关节面达解剖复位,应用锁定加压钢板内固定,术后早期功能锻炼,结合CPM行膝关节功能锻炼。结果:40例患者随访6～24个月,按Rasmussen评分标准评定,优30例,良6例,可4例,优良率90%。结论:本研究表明角度固定-锁定加压钢板对治疗胫骨平台骨折的治疗有很好的支撑及稳定固定作用,更有利于减少局部血运破坏,有利于骨折愈合及功能恢复。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficiency of angle fixation system-locking compression plate（LCP） for plateau fracture.Methods： According to Schatzker classification standard,40 cases of the tibial plateau were categorized and treated with internal fixation with angle fixation system-LCP under the guidance of X-ray machine.Early functional exercises were suggested and keen functions were done combined with CPM.Results： According to follow up ranged from 6-24 months,30,6 and 4 cases showed satisfying,good and ok outcomes,respectively with satisfying and good rate of 90%.Conclusions： Application of angle fixation system-locking compression plate for plateau fracture can provide stable support and protection from damaged blood flow for patients with plateau fracture,thus is helpful for the recovery of patients.
