一次性宫腔组织吸引管用于终止早期妊娠临床观察

Clinical observation of one-time uterine tissue suction tube for termination of early pregnancy

目的:探讨在终止早期妊娠中应用一次性吸引管的临床效果。方法:300例早期妊娠者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组150例应用一次性吸引管终止妊娠,对照组150例应用传统负压吸引术终止妊娠,对比两组患者手术阴道出血量、疼痛程度、手术时间及手术并发症情况。结果:观察组手术阴道出血量、手术时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);疼痛明显轻于对照组,无痛率(82.66%)明显高于对照组(46.67%)(P<0.01);并发症发生率(2.00%)明显低于对照组(8.67%)(P<0.05)。结论:应用一次性吸引管终止早期妊娠临床效果显著,具有阴道出血量少、疼痛轻、手术时间短及并发症少等优点,优于传统人流负压吸引术,患者易于接受,临床值得推广应用。

Objective： To study the application of a one-time termination of early pregnancy in the clinical effects of suction tube.Methods： Voluntarily signed the line to collect 300 cases of surgical termination of pregnancy were enrolled in early pregnancy,according to odd and even numbers surgery last digit numbers randomly divided into two groups and the control group to observe the group of 150 patients were treated with one suction tube termination of pregnancy in the control group of 150 patients were treated traditional vacuum aspiration termination of pregnancy,compared two groups of patients with operative vaginal bleeding,pain,surgery time and surgical complications,and analyzed statistically.Results：Observed operative vaginal bleeding was significantly less than the control group,two groups were statistically significant differences（P0.05）;and the degree of pain,observation of pain significantly lighter than the control group,two groups of pain-free rate relative to than there was a significant difference（P0.01）;observation operative time was shorter than the control group,two groups have significantly different（P0.05）;and the observation group the incidence 2.00% of complications was significantly lower than control group 8.67%,compared the two groups were statistically significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusions： Application of a one-time termination of early pregnancy managed to attract a significant clinical effect with less bleeding,less pain,shorter operative time and fewer complications,better than traditional vacuum aspiration abortion,easily accepted by patients,should be widely applied clinically.
