The paper introduces the style characteristics,production technology and key production control process of the worsted tweed characterized of rain drops.The fabric depends on the difference in shrinkage rate of viscose filament yarn,polyester filament and wool-polyester blended yarn in the production process,and with the different reflection degrees of different fibers.It has given general pattern a special appearance with rain drops.The feature of rain drops appearances being taken into consideration,it has been used special yarn structure,reasonable color,dyed yarn arrangement and parameter choice in the product design.At the same time,technology parameters of all production processes are optimized and bettered.Quality control measures have been taken to deal with the key technologies and techniques.Production efficency is eventually raised and improved.
