毛衫的解构设计与工艺

Deconstruction design and technology of sweater

随着高支毛纱生产四季可穿的毛衫成为毛衫企业新的经济增长点,毛衫款式的设计就显得尤为关键。文章介绍了几款毛衫的解构设计方法与工艺,分别从毛衫的工艺解构设计与款式造型解构设计方面分析了这类毛衫的款式造型及风格特征,并制作出每款毛衫的上机操作工艺单。结果表明:采用解构方法设计的毛衫款式独特,服用美观、时尚,且上机工艺简单,顺应毛衫外衣化、时尚化,小批量、多品种的发展潮流,适应市场的需求;故解构设计方法在毛衫设计与制作中可以推广应用。

The sweater that is produced with the high count yarn can be wearing for four seasons and become a new economic growth point of business,the design of the sweater is particularly critical.This paper describes the methods of deconstructive design and technology for several sweaters.The features of shape and style are analyzed respectively,from deconstruction in operation technology and form for these sweaters.Operation technology of each sweater is grafted and given.The results show that,the sweater made by the methods of deconstructive design and process has innovative and unique style,taking the beautiful,stylish,and the operation process is simple,could follow the development trend of outwear,fashion,small quantity and variety the market needs of sweater.So the method of deconstructive design of sweater can be popularized.
