摘要
对梳理过程中钢针的受力情况进行分析,简要说明轨道钢丝毛纺针布的植针工艺要求,并将轨道钢丝与椭圆钢丝、圆钢丝的性能进行对比研究。介绍了新开发的轨道钢丝产品的规格,重点讨论了钢丝截面形状差异对钢丝和针布加工的影响,并将试制产品通过市场使用验证。结果表明:利用轨道钢丝制造毛纺弹性针布,与钢丝截面横向线径同号的椭圆钢丝相比,钢丝截面抗弯强度和弹性综合性能好,并且便于针布制造,在实际使用中,开松效果好,毛网中毛粒减少,针布仰针概率低,延长了针布的使用寿命。
The force of steel wire was analyzed during the carding process,and the requirements of needling process about trail steel wire of wool yarn clothing were explained.Meanwhile,the contrastive analysis of performance between trail steel wire,oval steel wire and round steel wire was carried out.It introduced specifications of the newly developed trail steel wire products of our company and analyzed the differences of the section shape have an effect on the process of steel wire and clothing.The results showed that: although trail steel wire used to make flexible wool yarn manufacturing clothing had the same number of cross-section transverse diameter,its cross section showed high wire bending strength and good elastic performance.So it was easily to make wire clothing.During the actual use of trail steel wire,the effect opening were improved and the gross grain in the wool web was reduced,meanwhile,the life of clothing was extended because of the low probability of tilting needle.
