农村中小学远程教育工程丰富了农村地区的教学资源,改变了教学模式,转变了教学认知,对提高农村地区教育质量具有重要意义。目前这项工程在观念、师资、经费等方面还存在一些问题。对此,应建立健全有效的管理与奖励机制,加强对教师应用能力的培训,增加后续资金的投入,以确保这一工程的有效利用,促进教育均衡发展。

The modern distance education project in rural schools has enriched the teaching materials,changed the teaching models and teaching cognition in rural areas,which is of great significance for the improvement of teaching qualities in rural areas.However,there exist some problems in the concepts,teaching staff and funds for the project.Therefore,it is important to establish and perfect the management and reward mechanism,enforec the training of teachers＇ applied ability,and increase the investment of follow-up funds,so as to ensure the effective use of this project and promote the balanced development of compulsory education.
