摘要
通过对旋流泵内部流道进行三维造型,利用雷诺时均方程、双方程湍流模型并结合SIM-PLEC算法对旋流泵内部三维不可压缩湍流场进行数值模拟,得出旋流泵内部的压力分布。通过对三种不同高度差的弯曲叶片模拟结果进行对比,发现高低叶片能够改善旋流泵水力性能。在模拟的基础上进行了试验研究,结果表明:模拟结果是正确的;高低叶片能够减小水力损失,提高旋流泵的扬程和效率;3种叶轮中,2个对称分布叶片比其余4个叶片高的叶轮的水力性能最好,效率提高约3%。
A 3-D model of an internal flow channel was constructed.Using the SIMPLEC algorithm,which was based on Reynolds time-averaged equations and two-equation turbulent flow model,the 3-D incompressible internal turbulent flow field of vortex pump was simulated numerically and the distribution of total pressure in the pump was obtained.Through comparion of the simulated results of three kind blades that were different in height,it is found that the high-low blade can improve the performance of vortex pump.The results show that the experiment has proved the correctness of simulation result.The high-low blade can reduce hydraulic loss and increase the head and efficiency.The hydraulic performance is the best when two blades of symmetric distribution are high than others and efficiency is enhanced nearly 3%.
